Complaints
We provide a 2-year warranty on all purchased goods.
If you want to make a complaint about goods purchased in the fnshp.cz e-shop, proceed as follows:
- Fill in the complaint form, which can be found here.
- Send the product in question together with the printed complaint form to: Komunardů 1039/39, Prague 7, 170 00.
Upon delivery, we will assess the goods and inform you about the further progress of the complaint. Complaints will be processed within 30 days, during which time you can check the progress of your complaint at any time by sending an email to info@fnshp.cz.
A complaint may not be accepted if it is established that the problem was not caused by poor quality of the goods or workmanship of the product, but by its improper use. In this case, you are not entitled to a new product and the goods will be returned to you.
