Shipping and payment

PPL home delivery

99% of the time, we will deliver your shipment to you within two days from it being handed over to the carrier in the Czech Republic. Delivery to Slovakia takes 2-3 working days. The courier will contact you on the day of delivery.

PPL collection at Parcelshop

We'll deliver your shipment to one of more than 2,100 collection locations across the Czech Republic. We will deliver your order to the collection point within 2-3 working days. You will be contacted by the carrier when the shipment is delivered to the collection point.

* When your selected collection point is full, your shipment will be routed to the next nearest collection point. You'll be able to track your shipment using a code we'll send you via email.

Zásilkovna -collection point

We'll deliver your shipment to one of more than 5,300 collection points across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We will deliver your order to the collection point within 1-3 working days. You will be contacted by the carrier when the shipment is delivered to the collection point.

* When your selected collection point is full, your shipment will be routed to the next nearest collection point. You'll be able to track your shipment using a code we'll send you via email.

* You cannot pay cash on delivery when choosing this shipping option.

Zásilkovna - delivery to an address

We will deliver your shipment within 2-3 working days in the Czech Republic and within 4-5 working days in Slovakia. The courier will contact you on the day of delivery.

* This delivery type has a maximum cash on delivery amount of 20,000 CZK.

Personal collection at the store

We will prepare your shipment within 2 working days at our store in Letná. We will inform you by email about the readiness of the shipment, which will include a pin code for picking up the shipment.

Zásilkovna EUROPE

You can choose this carrier for delivery to European Union countries. We'll send you a tracking number when we send your shipment. The carrier will contact you on the day of delivery.

PPL Europe

When ordering goods to European Union countries, we send orders using the carrier PPL. We will send you the tracking number of the package in an email.

Cash on delivery / payment on collection

You can pay for your order in cash or by card when you receive it from the carrier. For some products, such as custom printed replica shirts, you cannot pay cash on delivery due to product personalisation.

Attention: Please check in advance whether your chosen carrier accepts card payments on collection.

Online payment by card

Take advantage of the most convenient way to pay in advance by card using the GoPay payment gateway. There is no risk of your credit card being misused when you use the payment gateway, plus your order is paid immediately and we can dispatch it.

Online payment by bank transfer

The payment gateway will redirect you to your online banking, where it will pre-fill your order payment details. This is the fastest way of bank transfer.

Attention: Before paying via the payment gateway, check in your Online Banking to make sure you have activated online payments via the internet.
