Did you pick the wrong size or is it an inappropriate gift? Did you receive an item from us and after trying it out you found it wasn't quite right? That's no problem. All goods purchased from the e-shop can be returned within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. We can also exchange the item for a different size or colour.

Here's how to return or exchange the item:

1. Fill out the form which can be found here.
2. Send the goods together with the printed form to the address: Komunardů 1039/39, Praha 7, 170 00.

Once the goods are delivered, we will exchange them for the correct ones and send them to you or refund the money to your bank account. If you are returning the goods, we will refund the shipping costs you have already paid (at least the value of the cheapest shipping we offer), but we cannot refund the cost of shipping the returned goods from you to us.
