Did you pick the wrong size or is it an inappropriate gift? Did you receive an item from us and after trying it on you found it wasn't the right one? That's not a problem. You can return all goods purchased on the e-shop within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. We will send you the money for the goods to the bank account you specify.

Here is how to return the goods:

2. Send the goods together with the printed form to Nové sady 40, Brno 60200

After delivery, we will refund your money to your bank account. If you were returning the goods, we will refund the shipping costs you have already paid (at least the value of the cheapest shipping we offer).However, we cannot refund the cost of shipping the returned goods from you to us.
